PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide Production Support to SPAWARSYSCEN Pacific for TBMCS/C2IS-C2AOS/JADOCS/MAAPTK FOS software builds * Technicians shall work closely with SPAWAR representatives, Product Support Team and TBMCS/C2IS-C2AOS/JADOCS/MAAPTK laboratories to provide high quality resolutions to difficult problems throughout project life cycle. Contractor shall provide technicians with the experience necessary to overcome arising issues during system testing and provide feedback to SPAWAR development engineers * Contractor technicians shall be familiar with each build of TBMCS/C2IS-C2AOS/JADOCS and provide support for fleet and shore assets * Contractors shall be instrumental in the assurance that the Fleet will meet its project timelines to meet each mission fully up and operational * Systems administrator shall provide Technical Assistance with Compose suite of hardware. * Technicians shall provide redlines back to TBMCS/C2IS-C2AOS/JADOCS FOS government AIT-Ms as it pertains to install procedures, load plans, SUMs, SAGs and SOVTs. * Responsible for attending technical meetings by SPAWAR in support of future designing, implementing and overcoming deficiencies. * Must support the testing of existing and TBMCS/C2IS-C2AOS/JADOCS software. * Perform loading, configuring and troubleshooting either GCCS-M, GCCS-J, TBMCS, JADOCS and/or C2PC software that includes Solaris 10/11 on the UNIX side as well as the Windows XP/2003/2008/7/10 * operating systems, to include knowledge of DNS, WINS and Active Directory Knowledge and experience with GCCS-M interfaces (AEGIS, TTWCS, JTT, NAVSSI, ADSI, AADSIF, CADRT, NFCS, Link-11, * etc.) * Perform complex analysis on a major program to enhance TBMCS interfaces (DCGS-N, GCCS, JADOCS, etc.) * Represent the corporation as a recognized subject matter expert with extensive knowledge and experience with JADOCS interfaces (ADSI, AFATDS, GCCS, TBMCS, etc.) * Demonstrate knowledge and capability to provide OJT familiarization training to the fleet regarding loading, maintenance and troubleshooting of GCCS-M, GCCS-J, TBMCS and JADOCS systems * Utilize knowledge in the configuration, utilization and troubleshooting of Virtual Machine technologies * (VMware, HyperVisor) Scientific Research Corporation offers a competitive salary, an extensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages excellence. FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: * Secret Clearance upon hire * Four (4) to Fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience with TBMCS, JADOCS, or Similar C4I Systems, to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in Information Technology * Minimum certifications required to attain the level of IAT Level II, such as a CompTIA Security+ and an Operating Environment (OE) Commercial certification (e.g., Windows, Linux, Unix) DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: * Strong knowledge of supporting TBMCS/C2IS-C2AOS/JADOCS Ashore/Afloat the ISNS and CANES systems are an integral part of the TBMCS/C2IS-C2AOS/JADOCS * Must be proficient in ISNS and CANES functionality * Familiar with ISNS/CANES/Compose software, and can troubleshoot issues as they arise. Contractors shall have to have reach-back for support for ISNS/CANES/Compose software during tech assists * Must have a solid understanding of both Legacy and Early Adopter hardware and shall be able to troubleshoot and resolve ISNS/CANES software issues as they arise * A recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in Information Technology TBMCS, JADOCS and/or C2PC experience * An ability to demonstrate strong competency in the following areas: Knowledge in the configuration, utilization and troubleshooting of Virtual Machine technologies (VMware HyperVisor) * Knowledge in the configuration, utilization and troubleshooting of Sun Netra CT900 hardware * An understanding of the enclave/load specific application settings, their related off-ship connectivity requirements and an understanding of the termination requirements given the particular enclave/load being configured * Knowledge and experience in the troubleshooting of VLANs on shipboard ISNS/CANES Networks * Knowledge in the configuration, utilization and troubleshooting of storage technologies (EMC, FAS),CANES and ISNS installation experience * Experience with implementing C4I system backup procedures THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE DoD SECRET CLEARANCE Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled Secret
