Senior Associate Attorney

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Performs administrative duties as necessary including filing, mailing, organizes files and pleadings
Interviews witnesses for court cases and prepares witnesses to testify
Execute Firm's procedures and standards
Shall promptly appear in court on all cases assigned
Develop/recommend case strategy
Report on hearing, depositions, appearances

Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years experience
- Experience has to be verifiable
- Book of busines is a plus
- Need to have done defense attorney
- Has taken depositions
- Worked cases independently
- Worked on mediation
- Effective time management
- Knowledge of workers' comp law
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
