We are seeking an experienced professional who can take on a wide variety of responsibilities as our next paralegal. To be successful in this position requires the right combination of communication skills, empathy, and the ability to investigate the root of our (potential) clients' problems.

Responsibilities

Daily tasks shall include, but not be limited to:

• Implementing, improving, and ensuring adherence to the Firm's policies and procedures to reflect the Firm's high standards
• Conveying confidence in person and on the phone, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and an ability to develop rapport with prospective clients, current clients, and referral sources
• Embracing attention to detail, transparency, and accountability
• Strong multitasking and task management skills
• Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
• Treating a client or task at 5:15 P.M. on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one Monday morning at 9:15 A.M.
• Data entry using common web-based formats
• Travel to Federal or State Courthouses for discovery pick up or filings Qualifications
  
  This is not an entry-level position. Nor is it a virtual or hybrid position. We have a new, beautiful office, and you will need to be there to succeed in this role.
  
  Candidates must have
  • A strong customer service background.
  • Prior law firm experience is a must.
  • Spanish language fluency is preferred but not necessary to apply.
    
    Compensation
    
    $30 - $40 hourly

    The compensation package includes a generous base salary commensurate with skill and experience. We offer a generous PTO/Sick time policy, up to $5,250 per year in tax-free student loan and tuition repayment, a 401(k) plan with a 4% Firm match, two hours per month access to the Firm's mindset coach and consultant, and Firm sponsored medical insurance, disability insurance, and life insurance.
