• Work closely with attorneys to manage and maintain case files
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Draft and review correspondence
• Manage case calendars and deadlines, including scheduling appointments, depositions, and mediations
• Assist with document production and discovery requests
• Prepare and file documents with the courts
• Organize and maintain case files, including electronic and physical files
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization
• Other duties as assigned by attorneys or managementQualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience , e-filing, calendaring appointments, scheduling depositions/mediations, drafting and reviewing documents, legal research, and case management
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
  • Knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
