• Defend and litigate employment related claims (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, non-compete, wage and hour)
• Advising employers on federal and state employment laws
• Represent employers in court, at mediations, and in arbitration
• Manage cases from start to finishRequirements:-- Must be admitted to practice law in California.-- Qualified candidates must possess 3+ years of litigation experience.
