Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of
experience in complex civil litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation cases from intake to resolution
Handle complex civil litigation and business disputes
Work independently, potentially in a remote setting
Required Qualifications
Active California law license in good standing
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in civil litigation
Preferred experience in financial services litigation and/or
evictions
Demonstrated ability to manage litigated files independently
Experience working remotely is advantageous
