attorney with 1–5 years of experience, a strong academic
background, and an eye for detail. Our labor and employment
practice spans a variety of industries, offering attorneys the
opportunity to gain insight into cross-sector best practices and
apply them when advising clients and shaping employment policies.
You’ll Gain Experience In: Wage and hour disputes Discrimination
and harassment claims Union grievances and labor relations
Representation before the California Labor Commissioner, Cal/OSHA,
and the NLRB PAGA and class action defense Drafting and reviewing
employment agreements and workplace policies Compliance training
