Attorney Associate – Plaintiff Employment Law Litigation
Location: Downtown San Diego (In-Office) Experience: 3–5 years in
employment litigation, with a focus on wage-and-hour class actions.
Plaintiff-side preferred; strong defense-side candidates welcome.

protecting employee rights across California. Role Highlights:
Hands-on litigation experience: discovery, depositions, motions,
trial prep Collaboration with senior attorneys on case strategy and
client relations Court appearances, mediations, and negotiations No
billable hour requirement Requirements: Licensed to practice in
California 3–5 years’ experience in employment litigation
(wage/hour class action focus) Strong legal writing and advocacy
skills Commitment to client service and workplace justice
