Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systemsis seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Triton Program. The position will be located in Rancho Bernardo, CA.Essential Functions:This position is responsible for successful execution and delivery of the production Triton LRIP systems. This position provides senior program level management and direction to ensure effective implementation and execution of the Integrated Management Framework across the program including the sector processes for Manage Program, Requirements, Risk & Opportunities, Obsolescence, Integrate Plans and Schedules, Change, and Program Performance and Health. Ensures baseline integrity, performance and health of the Program by providing analysis to ensure that both programmatic and technical integration occurs across the Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).The Program Managerdirects all phases of programs from award through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of contract change proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Production Program activities Must have current and active Secret Clearance Strong cost, schedule, technical, management and negotiation skills Experience with earned value management, program financial controls, the business acquisition process and operations, defining and implementing a wide range of performance metrics and dashboards to track trends Must be able to travel 25% of time Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification Background in Unmanned Systems Production Experience in a production environment Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
