About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic client services professional (Account
Director) with digital and performance marketing experience for
The Account Director is a client-facing role for an established
digital marketer and natural leader. The Account Director role is
at the forefront of our business for clients, and ultimately
responsible for the client relationship and business partnership.

Reporting to VP, Client Services, the Account Director will have
the following responsibilities including but not limited to:
Lead the account direction and cross-team coordination of
internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class work to
clients across a variety of industries.
Be the agency’s front lines and liaison with clients
Be the go-to for your client’s business goals, and how our work
helps drive successful outcomes for clients
Lead relationships for the agency with Director, VP, and C-level
Lead the cross-department teams in developing coherent marketing
strategies that integrate NP Digital’s service offerings with our
client’s business objectives
Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand business
aligned to NP Digital capabilities
Proactively identify obstacles and risks that could impact
budget and resources
Required Skills and Expertise:
7+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency setting
with experience in Performance Marketing and Integrated Digital
3+ years demonstrated experience leading Enterprise level
A passion for problem solving and providing exceptional client
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience developing complex and integrated campaign
strategies across SEO, SEM, Social, Display, Content and other
Performance Marketing channels.
Experience building and growing client relationships and
business at the VP/C-level.
Experience managing and growing a team of direct reports, and/or
developing cross-functional teams of indirect reports.
Working knowledge of data & analytics principles and
Google AdWords and Google Analytics certification is
