We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious and creative
candidate for our Director of Marketing role. You will strategize
directly with our CEO to create strategies to increase engagement

As the Director of Marketing, you will be directly responsible
for our marketing strategy and programs. This is a hands on role
where you will initially be directly responsible for product /
feature launches, on-line content generation, social media posts
and ads, paid online ads, email marketing campaigns, trade show
planning, and management of our Sales Development Representatives.
You will focus on moving our leads through the buyer’s journey to
result in successful outcomes. You will strategize directly with
the CEO to refine our sales & marketing strategies in order to
optimize the Cost per User Acquisition.
Salary / Benefits
Pay: $75,000 - $105,000/year + bonuses ($95,000 - $125,000
Benefits: Medical/dental, paid holidays, 4 weeks PTO, profit
Location: Flexible - Remote now, but on-site post COVID-19
Office Operating Hours: 5am to 5pm PT
Greater than 3 years in B2B marketing
Greater than 3 years in digital marketing
Greater than 1 year managing a team
Experience in enterprise software marketing (SaaS preferred)
