Position Purpose: The Diversity Business Partner will be
responsible for executing, implementing, and making measurable
progress on the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B)
strategy across the organization. The role will work closely with
cross-functional partners within HR and throughout the business to
provide thought leadership, strategic and customized solutions, and
operate as a trusted advisor to the organization. The Diversity
Business Partner will act as a consultant to senior leaders and
customizing solutions to embed DI&B into business processes,
objectives and across our people strategies. The role will strongly
collaborate with the DI&B Program Manager responsible for
programmatic elements of the DI&B strategy (ERGs, learning
strategy, experiences, etc.). Additionally, the Diversity Business
Partner will build and manage relationships with external diverse
community and professional organizations and represent the company
and both internal and external events.
Essential Job Functions: The incumbent must be able to perform

matter and experience implementing and managing programs inside
Strong understanding and experience in large scale change
initiatives and organizational development practices to create and
inspire cultural change across the organization.
Develop a strategy to build, strengthen and leverage
relationships across diverse professional and community
organizations and embed into employer brand initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have
direct supervisory responsibility.
The majority of job duties are conducted while seated indoors,
with little or no exposure to hazards, but occasional overnight
travel via automobile and airplane is required.
