You will manage overall project manning requirements by
developing and implementing customized, fiscally responsible
workforce plans in support of overhaul, repair, and maintenance

specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or

the following: analyzing and evaluating production workforce plans
and resources to resolve scheduling conflicts, prevent production
delays, and forecast budget problems in order to manage production
requirements within resource constraints and sustain the execution
of ship and submarine repair and maintenance projects.
