The Fulfillment Director will be responsible for creating &
improving processes, while using analytics as the basis for
decision making. The role requires that incumbent be process
focused, detail oriented, analytical, comfortable dealing with
ambiguity, and have the ability to think strategically with a bias
for action and execution.
Essential Job Functions:
Partner with supply chain and stores teams to develop short- and
long-term optimization across fulfillment methods while minimizing
cost and maximizing service levels.
Partner with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure
proper assortment and inventory at fulfillment nodes to improve
assortment, improve delivery speed, and reduce cost.
Evaluate projects to deliver efficiencies and optimization plans
to maximize revenue opportunities and/or lower costs.
Find opportunities in fulfillment or post purchase experience to
Ensure cross-functional alignment by communicating strategy and
business benefits; overseeing business work-streams; providing
direction to teams; and building consensus.
Supports executive-level leadership by providing recommendations
on new customer centric strategies and competitive insights;
develop and present ideas; and provide ad-hoc support during
