The Vice President, Investor Relations will work closely with
the CEO, CFO and other members of GW’s leadership team to elevate
and manage a proactive and best-in-class investor relations
strategy. The Vice President, Investor Relations will serve as the
primary corporate spokesperson and point of contact for the
investment community, as well as financial media stakeholders. S/he
will act as a thought partner to the leadership team to
continuously strive for perfection in positioning the company to
investors and priority stakeholders. The VP IR’s responsibilities
will include establishing relationships and working with key
analysts and the buy-side community,and preparing materials for
investor presentations and quarterly investor calls.
This executive will have a broad understanding of the investment
landscape, as well as the strategic ability to create a compelling
and transformational investment narrative for the company. In
addition, this leader will have high business acumen with in-depth
knowledge of the investor relations function and can provide a
holistic and pro-active analyst relations strategy with regards to
educating investors about GW’s investment narrative.
In addition to serving as the company’s spokesperson and
relationship manager with the investment community, this executive
will provide insight, feedback, and coaching to the leadership team
with regards to investor perceptions and expectations.
Oversee the development and execution of a strategic
best-in-class investor relations and financial communications
platform, in coordination with the CEO, CFO, and leadership team;
Ensure that the business strategy and progress is understood by the
analyst and investor community.
Provide support with on-going information to the company's
executive leadership regarding competitive intelligence from the
Street, analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price
movements, and periodic ownership analysis; support company
executives in building long-term rapport with investors and
analysts, and keep shareholders knowledgeable about the

appendices), conference and non-deal roadshow materials, investor
relations website and other investor materials.
Collaborate with the finance team to provide external and
internal audiences with an accurate and timely view of the
company's performance and prospects. This will be accomplished
through avenues such as shareholder meetings, regular
meetings/conference calls with investors and analysts, web site
content and other electronic means, investor days, and telephone
and personal contacts with institutions, rating agencies and trade
Manage Investor Relations roadshow and conference calendars;
Collaborate with the third-party targeting team as well as
corporate access teams across investment banks to optimize
management's time and efficiency while marketing.
Manage the Quarterly Earnings process and preparation, schedule,
and external resources.
Create and update investor presentations.
Track and analyze financial models and competitor financial
performance. Conduct financial analysis, both individually and in
partnership with others, around performance of the Company and the

Partner with other internal functions to ensure that crisis
communication protocols and activities are prepared and adhere to
regulatory requirements; also acts as the primary point of contact
for investor relations communications and situations regarding
information about emergency situations.
The Vice President, Investor Relations will join a dynamic and
fast-paced team and the successful candidate will have a strong
work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive
in a collaborative environment. The role will require regular
interaction with senior leaders such as the Chief Executive Officer
and Chief Financial Officer as well as business partners in Legal,
Corporate Communications, Accounting and Financial Planning &
Analysis. Given the nature of the role, particularly the extensive
interactions with internal and external constituents, the
successful candidate will need to possess sharp business acumen,
excellent interpersonal skills, integrity and a strong work ethic.

planning & producing events eg an Analyst Day/Analyst Webinar.
