We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director of
Program Process & Services in San Diego, Ca. This position reports
to the Chief Operating Officer of the Energy Group and will provide
leadership and vision to ensure the Program Process & Services
organization provides efficient and executable data management,
processes, tools, and training to support successful Program
Execution and other enterprise initiatives across the group. A

Duties and Responsibilities: Directs the planning, budgeting,
and scheduling as well as the management and coordination of all
operational aspects of Program Process & Services.
Ensures Program Process & Services supports emerging business
needs and strategic goals of the company
Support financial analysis and reporting of cost and schedule
performance utilizing Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Directs the organization and collaborates across the enterprise
to define, implement, train and improve Program Execution processes
and procedures across the program life cycle
Executes and improves the Program Management Training
curriculum. Maintains curriculum currency to support evolving
Translates business priorities into implementable actions to
achieve strategic goals.
Identifies and assesses high-level operational issues and
consult with all levels of management to negotiate and develop
solutions which meet planning schedules, quality objectives, and
policies and procedures of the organization.
Determines customer requirements and translates these
requirements into organizational plans.
Directs the development and management of operational plans,
budgets, and schedules as well as oversee and direct the
coordination of all operational aspects for an organization.
Leads efforts to develop and improve operations through
efficient and effective integrated processes, implementing common
management processes/services to use organizational resources

Serves as liaison between program/project management, project
teams and administrative service departments on matters of high

are aligned with the strategic business and administrative

Conducts operational reviews of cost and service structures,
