Please note that this position is a part-time appointment
Under general supervision of the Call Center Management, the Call
Center Specialist is responsible for customer service,
registration, appointment scheduling and insurance verification.
Typical duties include answering multi-line incoming customer
calls, completing online registration, scheduling appointments and
securing authorization for scheduled services. Operate CRT to gain
and input information. Other related duties as assigned.
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
Previous experience directly related Call Center and Registration
in a large complex healthcare setting. Cadance experience or
Demonstrated experience with patient check-in and cash
Knowledge of third-party payors including federal, state and
private health plans.
Proven ability to handle multi-line incoming customer calls,
schedule appointments, and perform online registration.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
* Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
