Position summary: We are seeking a Senior Scientist to propel our computational biology, helping to build world-class platform capabilities in bioinformatics, supporting biological discovery and our drug development programs. Responsibilities

• Drive identification of biomarkers and biological insights from large multi-omic oncology cell-line datasets
• Design and analyze next-generation sequencing experiments, including RNA-Seq and pooled CRISPR assays
• Analysis of proteomic and protein-protein interaction data
• Develop dashboards and interactive tools to enable data sharing across multi-disciplinary teams
• Help build and maintain a targeted protein degradation knowledgebase
• Work with Head of Computational Biology to recruit and build a high performing data science team using internal and external resources Qualifications
  • PhD in computational biology, oncology, cell biology, or genetics with 5+ years, MS with 8+ years or BS with 11+ years experience in applied computational biology
  • Broad knowledge and experience mining public data repositories
  • Experience in the use of computational techniques for identifying and refining new therapeutic mechanisms
  • Fluent in R or other relevant programming languages
  • Familiarity working within Linux and cloud computing environments
  • Proven ability to work within interdisciplinary teams to deliver testable biological insights from large-scale data
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to effectively present data within the company and to other stakeholders
