• Antibody purification and analytics
• Transient expression of antibodies using CHO based expression
• Assist with molecular biology workflows
• Executing and delivering for projects and preparing written reports
• Experimental design, experiment execution and troubleshootingQualifications
  • BS/MS in biology, biochemistry, immunology or related science
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience (antibody discovery and development)
  • Trouble-shooting and problem-solving ability
  • Organized, deadline-oriented and strong time management skills
  • Skilled with ion exchange methods, Protein A, AKTA, SDS-PAGE and SEC-HPLC
  • PCR, DNA/RNA isolation, plasmid prep, gel extraction, cloning, Sanger sequence analysis
  • Strong Plus with the following experience:--Antibody engineering and reformatting, high-throughput recombinant expression, NGS, therapeutic antibody developability assessments, and experience in performing and optimizing transient transfections of antibodies utilizing CHO based suspension systemsLocal Candidates encouraged to apply!Questions?
