JLL Technologies is looking for a Marketing Operations
Consultant to assist with scaling our business and reducing
friction in the sales and marketing process. This role will report
to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations.
As a Marketing Operations Consultant, you will be responsible
for facilitating Sales and Marketing alignment and developing and
measuring Sales and Marketing metrics. Leverage on-going
performance measurements and fact-based reporting and analysis, you
will drive data-driven insights for better decision making and
improved results for marketing programs and content effectiveness.

The Marketing Operations Consultant is responsible for:
Partnering with internal business teams (Marketing, Sales,
Operations, Product Management, Finance, etc.) to evaluate business
KPIs that ultimately lead data-driven decisions.
Design, test, implement and standardize system processes and
workflows in Salesforce and Eloqua.
Create Monthly and Quarterly Business Review reports supporting
Marketing needs and presentations internally.
Partner with sales managers to refine the lead qualification
process, analyze, and report on campaign performance with reporting
Identify and eliminate Marketing Operation process bottlenecks
Working with Sales and Marketing Operations to define the
performance measurements, reporting, and analysis required to
improve marketing program results for the business unit
Collaborating with analytics teams to develop and enhance
dashboards providing insights to marketing team, focusing on
Translating quantitative data into actionable recommendations
and business objectives, marketing goals and measurements
Regularly reviewing dashboards with business unit marketing
leadership team providing performance updates and summaries
Creating and maintaining appropriate marketing key performance
indicators and ROI models for marketing campaigns to determine
5+ years of experience in a marketing and/or sales operations
role within the high-tech industry
Experience with Salesforce.com (Leads, Campaigns, and
Reporting), Eloqua, collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams),
database experience and advanced reporting and analytics tools
Understand end-to-end webinar process, execution, and supporting
Advanced experience in any marketing automation platform (Eloqua
Experience providing data analysis for various marketing
programs and projects.
Able to provide strategic insights into marketing campaigns,
create dashboards detailing lead scoring, conversion rates,
marketing attribution, and other metrics.
