Compensation starts at $15.00/hr with monthly bonus opportunities, $2.00 p/h Spanish Bilingual pay differential.

Class start date: 10/18/21

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (with a duration of 5-6 Weeks )

Production Schedule: Overnight shift with various schedule types based on availability. Up to $1.75/hr in shift differential opportunity available.

What we seek: customer service from head to toe
You love to talk, you think on your feet, and you smile when you’re on the phone.

  • Empathy and resilience in dealing with customers who need help

  • Superior customer service skills and financial understanding

  • Ability to validate high school diploma or GED for pre-hire required

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems/online applications

Training Information:

Due to the fluidity of COVID-19 and PSCU's commitment to safety, you will be given the option to complete training from home, or from our corporate office located at 560 Carillon Parkway, St. Petersburg, FL 33716

All new hires must be able to attend the 1st full day onsite at our corporate office, where they will learn the systems to transition to a work from home environment (performance expectations must be met). This is a remote role, however, applicants must be locally based, and live within a reasonable commute to our corporate office as business needs may require cross-training. In order to successfully train and/or work from home as an Inbound Customer Service Rep for PSCU you must have the following prior to your first day.

Remote Working Requirements:

  • Access to 50mps download speeds for home office

  • Access to a smart device (phone or tablet) with OS version 6.0 or greater or for Apple device IOS version 11.0 or greater (device cannot be rooter or jail broken)

  • Remote employees are required to have access to a secure and quiet environment during working hours

  • The ability to hardwire connect to an Internet modem via an Ethernet cord.  A standard Ethernet cord can be provided by PSCU

Pay Equity

PSCU is committed to pay equity and a competitive benefits package. The typical annual hiring range for this position based on relevant experience and internal equity is:

$31,200.00

to

$31,200.00

In addition this position is eligible for an incentive plan, based on performance.
