Janux Therapeutics is a biotechnology company based in San Diego
that is leveraging an innovative and proprietary discovery platform
to efficiently develop tumor activated product candidates that are
designed to empower the immune system to eradicate cancer. Janux is
developing unique immunotherapies that generate tumor-specific
immune responses to attack and kill tumors without destroying a
patient's healthy tissue.
We are developing applications with our TRACTr technology to be
applied to immunotherapies that target all three stages of an
anti-tumor immune response. Janux proprietary molecules combine
tumor-specific activation with multi-stage anti-tumor signaling
with the goal of significantly improving safety, expanding the
therapeutic dosing window, and maximizing patient responses.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Janux Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition
Specialist to support the company's growth strategy and hiring
plans. As part of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition
Specialist will support hiring plans from beginning to end for
multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have prior
experience in high-volume Talent Acquisition in the Biotech
Must have an excellent work ethic, ability to work independently,
ability to juggle shifting priorities and strong communication
skills. This is a full-time position reporting to the Human
Resources Manager and is located at our corporate headquarters in
La Jolla, CA.
-Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of 2 years managing all
phases of the recruitment life cycle, preferably in the
Biotech/Biopharma and or Life Sciences industry.
-Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and
-Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize objectives, and
manage resources to achieve established deadlines.
-Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills.
-High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Work closely with hiring managers to gain comprehensive
understanding of their teams projects, hiring needs and job
-Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles,
including coordinating and hosting interviews, collecting
appropriate documentation, checking references, and offer
-Conduct detailed candidate interviews through telephone and video
-Advise hiring managers on best interview practices and Janux's
-Provide a positive and collaborative candidate experience
throughout the interview process.
-Serve as liaison for outside recruitment and staffing
-Continuously partner with recruiting team and leadership to
design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
-Participate in regular recruitment meetings to present progress to
hiring managers and HR team.
-Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company
-The candidate must be an effective team player, strong individual
contributor, self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle multiple
tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
