MediKeeper Inc. is a software technology company that offers a comprehensive suite of population health management tools intended for health plans, brokers, TPA's, wellness companies, and employer groups. Role Overview:
MediKeeper's growing Customer Success team is seeking a Customer Success Associate. The right person for this position is excited to take on new challenges, can wear multiple hats, and is a team player. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience at a growing, fast-paced technology company within the health and wellness space.
What You Will Do:

  • Support MediKeeper's small to medium-sized customers by ensuring they are continually driving value for their business
  • Onboard new customers to the platform and align with business goals
  • Educate customers on standard product and custom-designed features, including browser and mobile app usage
  • Troubleshoot client-reported issues
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, such as Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing
  • Perform project management tasks for product enhancements and escalated requests
    What You Should Bring:
    • Experience in a customer-facing role
    • Ability to communicate, document and collaborate with key stakeholders and internal teams
    • Self-starting mentality of not only identifying issues but delivering solutions independently
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on level of severity
    • Strong attention to detail and excels in time management of job responsibilities
    • A critical eye and the willingness to give candid feedback
    • A passion for health, wellness, and technology
    • Knowledge of the requirements of HIPAA and all appropriate Privacy and Security requirements to ensure all Personal Health Data handled by the company is kept secure
      Technical Requirements:
      • Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel
      • Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
      • iOS and Android
      • Chrome developer tools
        Bonus Skills:
        • Account management or customer service experience
        • Corporate wellness experience
        • Knowledge of Jira or agile framework methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
        • Knowledge of relational database structure
          • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business administration, public health, or related field)
          • Experience: 1+ year in account management or similar positions
            • Work on a rapidly growing, cutting-edge web and mobile-based product at the intersection of IT and Health Care industries
