Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a highly qualified, mission oriented Program Integration System Engineer for the NATO AGS Program. The successful candidate will work with the customer and other NATO AGS Program contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful technical integration across the NATO AGS portfolio. The successful candidate will participate in various working groups and will support cross program planning and integration efforts.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Development of customer and associate contractor relationships
  • Plan, organize and manage technical activities between the NATO AGS stakeholders
  • Lead technical discussions, demonstrations, and briefings regarding cross program integration between NGC sectors, NATO AGS contractors and customer communities
    • Development and delivery of presentations to customers, management, and other program stakeholders.
    • Review and finalization of the program Statement of Work, supplier Statement of Work, and related requirement and interface documents.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university
      • Minimum 16 years of combined experience in areas of systems engineering or related field
      • Current DoD Secret clearance
        • Significant Global Hawk, NATO or Triton Engineering Experience
          • Willing and able to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
            • Ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
            • Ability to demonstrate success in leading and developing cross program teams.
            • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management and individual contributors.
            • Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:
              • Experience with complex issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
              • Experience in Foreign Military Sales
              • New business development/capture and/or proposal development experience

                Salary Range: 156000 - 234000

                Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
