As we continue to grow and expand the practice, we now seek an INTAKE CLERK to provide support to the Office Staff and Attorneys in our EMERYVILLE office. Specific duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows: Intake Clerk Salary Range:$15.00 To $16.00 Hourly JOB SUMMARY The Intake Clerk job duties include, but are not limited to: Filing documents Performs data entry, copying, scanning, and lifting Processes incoming and/or outgoing mail Open new case files Frequent standing Computer skills required Provides support to the office staff SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills Ability to work well with or without supervision Ability to prioritize Attention to detail and high quality are ESSENTIAL to the success of anyone in this role! Attributes: File room experience where a variety of tasks similar to those stated above were performed Work well with team members and able to handle large volumes of work Seek individuals who can do repetitive tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor Able to handle changing priorities and rush orders when required ABOUT US Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP is a cutting-edge law firm that provides high-quality litigation defense for the Workers' Compensation industry.
