Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join
our team as a Principal Project Manager or Sr. Principal Project
Manager based out of our San Diego (Rancho Carmel/Spectrum
Technology Center locations).The CAM/OPM (Control Account Manager /
Operations Project Manager) is responsible for the establishment
and maintenance of control account budgets, schedules, scope and
technical performance measurement. Responsible for all
manufacturing efforts of project execution, cost and schedule with
development hardware through transition to production and
sustainment.The chosen candidate will manage to a line of balance,
oversee and/or guide root cause and corrective actions to closure.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and
prepares status reports. The candidate will be responsible for
interfacing with technical leadership, program management,
engineering, production control, global supply chain, and
production supervisors to ensure hardware modules are built within
cost and budget while meeting operation build schedules.This
requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4.Basic
Qualifications for a Level 3 (Principal)Bachelor's degree with 5
years relevant rework experience, or 3 years with a Master's degree
Salary Range: $83,800 USD - $125,800 USDSalary Range 2: $103,900
USD - $155,000 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
