Job Description:
Private Markets Client Service Associate The Client Service
Associate-Private Markets is primarily responsible for providing a
high level of administrative support to the investment and
operations staffs, including detailed formatting, document
production, report processing, database maintenance, project work,
data management and organizing and maintaining company files. The
position reports directly to the Administrative Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned asset class activity and facilitate due
diligence process at critical points
- Ensure accuracy of investment data within Vantage and other
systems, aid the accuracy of deal flow, pipeline reporting and
document storage.
- Ensure on-time delivery of accurate reports for assigned
clients.
- Be forward thinking, helping to critique and improve upon
workflows.
- Improve company efficiency through proficient use of software
applications
- Work with members of the Research Operations staff to establish
and communicate broadly uniform procedures and practices
- Prepare client-ready reports and correspondence, including
editing, printing, binding, and distributing client monthly or
quarterly reviews
- Adhere to Meketa's brand standards while formatting
reports
- Fulfill any and all duties deemed vital by Management Position
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of consistent administrative experience
in a corporate setting
- Financial service experience preferred, but not required
- Confirmed understanding and intermediate to advanced facility
with Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and
PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent tracking and
follow-up
- Attention to detail with a focus on accurate formatting,
grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a detailed,
time-sensitive, and fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent
deadlines.

employees from other departments
