Description:
Drive the sales and marketing efforts in a defined territory as
part of the Sales/Business Development Team, and work in a matrix
environment with a team of Operations leaders, Customer Care
Coordinators and Sales Consultants. The Account Executive role is
essential for generating leads and referrals and must be visible in
the community by educating and presenting to referral sources such
as Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation hospitals, Acute Care Hospitals,
LTAC's, Children's Hospitals, Home Healthcare Agencies, Non-Skilled
Home Care Providers, Outpatient Therapy Providers, Senior Services
Providers and physician/doctors' offices. Conduct in-services,
presentations, educational luncheons, host and attend relevant
events by introducing our products and services to clinicians,
liaisons, physicians, patients, their families, facility staff and
other referral sources. This is a role where you will have
autonomy, flexibility and setting your own schedule. It is expected
that you will spend most of your time in the field in front of
customers as this is not a behind the desk role. Expectation:
- Produce referrals to exceed monthly sales quotas for location
and territory
- Make 10-12 sales calls per day on average
- Manage Territory Key Accounts
- Utilize company ERP and CRM to manage customers
- Communicate regularly and effectively with team
- Communicate with leadership
- Follow Corporate Compliance Rules and regulations
- Be a student of the businessReporting Relationship/
Compensation: - This position reports to General Manager - This
position has a base salary, company vehicle, and open-ended
incentive plan
Requirements:
- Candidate ideally should have between 3-5 years of Sales
experience preferably in healthcare
- Established community relationships/connections/referrals
(contacts/referrals)
- Proven excellent people and relationship skills (referral
sources, patients, family members, general public)
- Strong ability to present and effectively communicate (verbally
and in writing)
- Ability to work well independently as well as in groups.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, self-starter, trustworthy,
empathetic, problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable regarding home safety, falls risks and ADL's of
clients
- Valid and current driver's license and evidence of automobile
insurance.
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites and attend required
meetings
- Strong critical thinking and strategic sales skills
