This Role Critical? The Continuum of Care Account Executive (CCAE)
will achieve targeted growth by successfully executing sales
activities in naviHealth's post-acute (PAC) sales division. PAC
Levels of Care include (but not limited to): Skilled Nursing
Facilities, Home Health Agencies, Hospice, Inpatient Rehabilitation
Facilities (IRF), Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and Long-Term
Acute Care (LTAC). These providers work directly with partnering
referral sources to manage incoming patient placement requests to
the specified, appropriate level of care. naviHealth's Intake
solution (nH Intake) automates and streamlines this referral
process to place patients in a more timely and efficient manner
through a web-based communication tool. In real time these PAC
providers are able to review patient demographics and necessary
patient documentation to fully evaluate the request and determine
accommodating the patient's needs. CCAE responsibilities include
building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects through
web leads, telephonic outreach, e-mail, utilization reports,
outreach campaigns, growth within assigned accounts, and
implementations while executing sales to all levels of care in the
PAC industry. It is expected that there is a mix of incoming leads
while researching opportunities on their own. The CCAE will also
build a rapport and maintain relationships with these accounts to
effectively manage them in all sales capacities in an ongoing basis
as the first point of communication and escalation. The CCAE will
be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including
working with the PAC Network Development team on new
implementations, PAC Major Accounts for divestures/acquisitions,
and developing/maintaining their own pipeline of prospects within
their assigned territory. The CCAE will focus on a specific region
of the country to manage customer relationships on any sales
related function, driving existing market sales, handle escalated
customer support/contracting/billing issues, upsell existing
customers, and support the business in growth initiatives which
will impact the team and organization. You'll enjoy the flexibility
to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some
tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Focused on revenue growth of promoting software products and
services within an assigned region to all levels of care in the
post-acute industry
- Included but not limited to: Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home
Health Agencies, Hospice, Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities
(IRF), Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and Long-Term Acute Care
(LTAC)
- Building and maintaining pipeline of PAC prospects across all
Levels of Care
- New customers in existing markets, hospital implementations,
and leads (web, e-mail, telephonic, and outreach campaigns)
- Existing customers include upselling of added/new product
functionality, site additions, and user adds
- Upsell Opportunities
- PAC EMR Integrations
- PAC Discharge
- Future functionality additions
- Web leads, telephonic (incoming/outgoing), e-mail, hospital
implementations, divestures, and acquisitions, etc.
- Vetting key target prospects and working with Marketing on
sales campaigns
- Focused on customer inquiries for any sales related escalations
- Escalated point of contact with customer requests/issues for
contracting, connectivity adjustments, adjusted billing via
contract/amendment, etc.
- Working closely with PAC Network Development Team on hospital
implementations
- Communicating updates on key provider outreach, customer
execution, and post-implementation target lists You'll be rewarded

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree -
- 1+ years of successful sales related experience, preferably in
the healthcare IT industry
- Proven experience and success with Inside Sales: pipeline
organization, meeting sales and calls quota, upsells,
developing/maintaining strong working relationships, product
utilization, troubleshooting/escalating issues, and billing
reconciliation
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
- Experience and proven success in the Healthcare IT
industry
- CRM/Contracting experience such as Salesforce, APPTUS,
etc.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically post-acute
space
- Background in information technology and selling software
solutions
- Solid critical thinking and communication skills
- Team player and able to work collaboratively with internal team
members. In particular: Field Operations, Marketing, Account
Management, Implementations, Product, Customer Support, Leadership,
and Finance
- Highly organized and possess solid planning abilities
- Ability to be engaging through remote dialog (telephonic,
e-mail, etc.)

Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $45,000
to $100,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$50,000 to $110,000. Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based
on sales performance. Pay is based on several factors including but
