Requirements:

California Real Estate License
Valid Driver's License
Auto Insurance
Approx. 20 hrs. / week in-house
+ Remote work as needed
Experience / Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years or 15 files completed as primary Transaction Coordinator
- Min. 2 years real estate transactional experience
- Working knowledge of the following softwareMS OutlookMS ExcelMS WordZip FormsParagon MLS systemDocuSign
  - Competent, grammatically correct writing skills
  - Basic math skills
  - Must be self-starter, reliable, punctual, task-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
    Compensation:
    - Hourly
    - + commission override
    - + TC fee / file
    - + Property Mgmt. fee (to be discussed)
    - Real Estate licensed candidate can still conduct their own real estate transactions as well
      Start Date:
      - Immediately
        Small, casual, intimate environment. Must be comfortable working closely with Broker from a home office.
