calls and group calls with students over Zoom to motivate and coach
students (working around their schedule in North American time
zones)Using adaptive technology to understand better where a
student is at in their academics and how they can improveRunning
our Life Skills Boot Camp with cohorts of students entering the
programDeveloping common interests by learning about what kids
loveFostering accountability through positive feedback and
connection, not authorityCollaborating with other coaches to
continuously upgrade our curriculum and coaching strategiesWhat You
Won't Be DoingTeaching math, grammar, science, or any academic
materialSupervising students as an authority figure or "managing"
studentsSpending time with students without a clear purposeSetting

an athlete in an elite setting (Division I college sports, Olympic
teams, Professional athletics, etc.)1+ years of experience working
with kids ages 11 17Bachelor's degree in any disciplineCandidates

position. The position is immediately available and requires

The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates
to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per
