Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Key responsibilities include educating, servicing and training existing customers on HealthTrackRx offerings. In addition, you will be tasked in helping identify new business opportunities by developing existing relationships and cold calling prospective accounts. You will also work side by side with the Territory Sales Director in the assigned territory. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education and/or Certification:Bachelors DegreeRequired Experience1-3 years of field sales experience and the ability to show documented sales numbers in b2b or medical salesExperience in a sales or customer service functionPrior field-based position which includes significant travel requirement is desirablePrior experience working in a clinic or hospital environment is desirable Required SkillsMust be able to independently research, organize, multitask and prioritize workPossesses a vibrant and engaging personality and enjoys building relationships and meeting new peopleExceptional verbal/written communication skills a mustGreat editing skills and attention to detail requiredInterpersonal communication skills are a must ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and BASIC DUTIES:Travels throughout assigned territory under the direction of the VP of Sales to call on current customers and to solicit new and profitable businessResponsible for assisting in growth of new and current businessSchedule and execute in-service training at customer sitesTrain clinic staff in proper processing of requisitions and sample collection procedureProvide regular follow up and refresher training to customers as requiredEnsure all customers are adequately stocked with appropriate supplies at all timesPlan and execute visits to all existing accounts in the territory on a regular basisIdentify, communicate and help resolve any service issues, billing issues or customer complaintsWork as a team with the territory sales director to ensure excellent on-going customer service and satisfaction with companys products and servicesAs required, assist company in obtaining information missing from requisitions in order to facilitate timely specimen processingDevelop close working relationship and collaborate with Lab staff, especially Billing & Data EntryAs required, assist Marketing team with customer surveys and feedback to identify areas for service improvements and enhancementSchedule and/or arrange UPS/FedEx/Courier pick-ups from officesDepending on location travel required up to 50% ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures adherence to all State and Federal guidelines and regulations including compliance with CLIA and CAP regulations Performs other duties as required
