Job DescriptionKitchen Fulfillment Coordinator Location: San
Diego, CA Job Description REEF Kitchen Fulfillment Coordinator will
oversee the operations of REEF's production kitchen business at
their respective location. This position will manage Delivery
Drivers and Fulfillment Associates with in the production kitchen
to ensure food safety compliance, excellent food quality, on time
delivery, accurate order fulfillment, cost effective performance,
inventory management and people leadership. This role will play a
key role in REEF's success in a production kitchen through being a
champion of their specific location successfully as REEF continues
to build the ecosystem that connects the world to your block. The
role requires inventory management, interpretation of performance
data, and personnel oversite. Who You'll Work For REEF's mission is

Relationships Reports to: Executive Production Chef Direct reports:
Delivery Drivers, Fulfillment Associate Key Responsibilities•Daily
accuracy and oversight of inventory management system including
weekly and month end inventory counts.•Creation of all Purchase
Orders and updating of Requisitions to the
field.•Design/manage/adapt delivery routes.•Labor cost, schedule
generation, payroll approval.•Work with EPC to place daily/weekly
orders and specialty orders.•Supervise/receive all deliveries at
the PK.•Manage a diverse team of delivery drivers & fulfillment
associates. •Responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle of
Delivery Driver and Fulfillment Associate team members. This
includes support of hiring process, development, scheduling,
performance management and engagement of our team members.•Meet or
exceed food safety, sanitation, quality, delivery and particularly
food and beverage health code compliance.•Create a work environment
that makes REEF a great place to belong.•Oversee all vehicle
maintenance needs.•Ensure the safety of all operations,
particularly food and beverage health code compliance. The ideal
candidate for this role will be someone who:•Can interpret
direction in a way that is relevant to the production kitchen.•Has
a background managing fast-paced teams, especially in the
hospitality or food and beverage business.•Can troubleshoot local
challenges with creative problem solving, ensuring business
operations continue despite unexpected challenges.•Executes the
business in accordance with budgets, schedules, work plans, and
performance requirements.•Frequently interacts with key internal
stakeholders.•Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and
staffing•Ability to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate high level
of ownership and accountability. Background/Experience•Operational
experience preferably at hospitality, food and beverage.•Has strong
background in inventory management, purchasing/receiving, logistics
coordination.•Excellent understanding of various ingredients,
equipment and procedures to lead a production kitchen team.•Strong
organization and communication skills; experience managing people,
scheduling, payroll and working collaboratively across multiple

the incumbent is regularly required to use hands and fingers to
handle or feel.•Incumbent is occasionally required to taste or
smell.•Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs on a weekly basis.•Be able
to reach, bend, stoop and work in a standing position for a long
period of time. WORKING CONDITIONS•Must be comfortable working in a
shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private
office.•Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and
deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism &
collaboration.•Schedules may vary from week to week based on
business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice
