Join a dynamic team supporting Scripps Health as an Interventional Radiology Tech at our Scripps Memorial Hospital campus in La Jolla. As both a comprehensive Stroke Center and Trauma Center, you will work side by side with top neurointerventional radiologists on a wide variety of challenging and complex cases. Utilize state of the art technology like the Siemens Biplane to provide the best patient care possible. - The Interventional Radiology Tech is responsible for providing age specific care, education and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team. Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in QC and PI activities; maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.This is a full-time, benefit eligible -position and is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. -New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify.The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years agoIn order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following -criteria must be met:
  • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer -letter)
  • Must remain in original department/specialty
  • Must remain in original Job Title
  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and -may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted -in your offer letter.Requirements:
    • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology
    • CRT
    • Fluoroscopy
    • BLS from the American Heart Association - Preferred Experience:
      • AART
