LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of candidates for a wonderful, on-site, full-time, contract Customer Relations Representative position with a client of ours in San Diego, CA. Hours: Mon. - Fri. 40 hours/week Do you have excellent customer service skills and the ability to respond quickly to a high call volume? LHH is hiring a temporary Customer Relations Representative for an insurance company in San Diego, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for one of top companies in the country. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, check voicemails, and make outgoing calls
  • Address customer concerns
  • Assist other departments with customer service issues
  • Document all correspondences with customers
  • Update systems with accurate information
  • Contribute to improving processes
  • Complete special assignments and projects as needed Experience:
    • Associate degree or technical school preferred
    • 6 months of related experience of training required Skills:
      • Ability to communicate effectively and complete basic math
      • Excellent problem solving
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office
      • Aptitude to learn new software
