Job Description:

In this key role, you will manage, direct, and drive sales for SMB Accounts. Responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans focused on attaining deployments of our products and services. Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers in SMB accounts and leverage these relationships. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.Role Description:

  • Customer Service / Sales
  • Develop account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility
  • Farm and nurture existing customer base
  • Serve as lead contact responsible for flow of information to executive management
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners
  • Schedule and attend customer business reviews
  • Sales Proposal & Quote Generation
  • Processing signed quotes and proposals
  • Opportunity tracking in CRM
  • Travel within assigned territory required
  • Attend national conferences to network Marketing:
    • Collaborate with Public Relations Firm
    • Monthly social media posts, press releases, blogs
    • Maintain and update marketing lists
    • CRM Alignment Training and Learning Opportunities:
      • Implement, manage, optimize targeted prospecting programs
      • Learn prospecting frameworks for the phone, and email to increase lead conversion rates
      • Learn and master objection handling
      • Regularly engage in role playing and coaching
      • Become systematic and efficient to help drive sales opportunities
      • Control the sales process with business owners and Sales Executives
      • Actively participate in sales mentoring and coaching programs with our strategic partners *This role is On-Site in San Diego*
        • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Suite - TEAMS, SharePoint, One Drive, Planner, Excel
        • Strong Customer Service Skills
        • Technology Background
        • Outgoing, Professional, Ethical, with a Commitment to Success & Customer Satisfaction
        • Fast Action business that requires Multi-Tasking and Retention of accountabilities
        • Ongoing Technology Training & Studying of corporate product stack
          • Experience in technology sales
          • Proven ability to sell solutions to SMB and Mid-Enterprise customers
          • Experience in the network security industry is ideal
          • A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
          • Consistent achievement on quota and proficient individual contributor
          • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
          • Goal oriented individual, with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen and positive leadership abilities with proven results in mentoring, motivating and developing teams.
