If this, is YOU---keep reading! The Triton Test IPT is looking for a highly motivated individual to join a diverse, high performing Test and Lab Operations team. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented and have the ability to focus on first time quality, engineering rigor, and Test-Like-You-Fly (TLYF) methodology. Responsibilities include supporting Flight Shadowing, Data processing, Data movement, IADS development, Trilogy support and development, COMMS support, Heim, LDAS, working with Test and Lab Ops Teammates, the Test & Lab Ops Manager, TSC Lab Manager and Test Planning, Execution Team in executing test and lab integration efforts, Bench preparation/setup for testing events, & Development, Integration and Deployment of Bench/Testing Automation. Have the ability to communicate up and out and well as down and in. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels. Essential Functions: Flight Shadowing, Data processing and development/maintenance of hardware and software to perform these task.
Bench setup/troubleshooting for tester/testing.
Lab OPPs support functions.
Development, Integration and Deployment of Bench/Testing Automation.
Development and execution of System Level 3 test procedures to verify system requirements.
Interface and present test integration and execution results to program and test leadership at test readiness and post-test reviews
Day-to-day lab operations responsibilities to include following security protocols and lab processes in opening and closing the lab as well as asset configuration setup and troubleshooting in support of test and integration efforts.
Develop scripts/oversee projects in support of lab automation efforts
Flexibility to support weekends, multiple shifts, and off hour Basic Qualifications: 2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters.
Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher Preferred Qualifications: Extensive Experience in Test Program Execution
Flight shadowing
Prior Experience in Hot bench and overall lab operations support.
Understanding of verification program and metrics maintenance
Experience with IBM Jazz as a Test Tool
DoD Top Secret Clearance Salary Range: $74,900 USD - $112,300 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
