If this, is YOU---keep reading The Triton Test IPT is looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer/Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join a diverse, high performing Test and Lab Operations team. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented and have the ability to focus on first time quality, engineering rigor, and Test-Like-You-Fly (TLYF) methodology. Responsibilities include working in a Multi-disciplined Engineering role responsible for Mechanical Designs using 3D CAD Tool, CATIA, Electrical Harness Design, Prototyping, supporting design, development, and integration for the Triton Program. Ability to communicate effectively. As a Mechanical Design Engineer you'll be responsible for Engineering Documentation, Product Lifecycle Management, Teamcenter usage, 3D model drawing packages, AV & Lab Harness designs, troubleshooting and verification in a lab setting. Ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, collaborative/team settings across all levels. Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related degree within a STEM discipline and 5 years of experience or 3 years with Masters degree · A current DoD Secret level security clearance · 3D modeling experience using 3D CAD Tools, e.g. CATIA · Knowledge of Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering design fundamentals · Ability to synthesize critical technical details into risks and actions items · Experience with system design, integration and test of AV systems · Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management Preferred Qualifications: · Understanding of power electronics, specifically AV Payload Integration · Previous triton experience · Familiarity with Harness manufacturing·· Hands on experience with Optical Sensors, Airborne Radars, SIGINT Sensor, Navigation System, Communication System, and Network Equipment in Lab Environment. Salary Range: $92,200 USD - $138,400 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
