Job Description:

We are seeking a Commercial Customer Service & Sales Representative for a very important client.SummaryCustomer Service/Sales Representatives work to maximize positive customer experiences by responding tocustomer inquiries regarding the company?s products or services. They will communicate with internal andexternal customers about basic underwriting guidelines, policies, and marketing initiatives to service customeraccounts. Additionally, Customer Service Representatives will analyze, clarify, and resolve policy andaccount-related questions.CSR duties include but are not limited to: Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to help the customer identify specificproducts and solutions Solicit, sell, and negotiate new business policies Assist Agency Producers with their new business Schedule appointments for Agency Producers to meet with clients Review renewal business and identify appropriate follow-up action based on degree of change Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers Retain clients at point of cancellation Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,and comments, as well as actions taken Assist with the annual review process by contacting customers and preparing personalized customercoverage recommendations based on customer?s needs. Prepare renewal packets for Producers Create New Business Packets Perform risk analysis and field underwriting Requirement: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Qualification Requirements Well organized and detail oriented Customer focused Works well with underwriters/companies Works well with Producers/Team P&C licensed Some management experience preferred Four-year college degree and/or 5 years of work experience within the industry Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Ability to use professional vocabulary and grammar Keystroke 60 plus WPM with accuracy
