Job Description:
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Research Associate to
join the analytical chemistry team. The role is largely encompassed
by HPLC and LC-MS analysis of small molecules produced by
fermentation. A successful candidate will be able to work
independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced R&D
environment. We want team members with a natural inclination to

self-directed.Required skills/responsibilitiesOperation and basic
maintenance of HPLC equipmentFamiliarity with Chemstation,
Masshunter, Openlabs, or other HPLC softwareFamiliarity with data
quantitationGood chemical hygiene when working with laboratory
reagentsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate
with othersAdditional but not required skillsOperational knowledge
of LC-MS and GC-MS equipmentHPLC method developmentExperience with
high-throughput or UHPLC methodsKnowledge of organic chemistry,
mass spectrometry, or advanced chromatographyRequired
experience:Bachelors degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical
engineering, or related discipline with 1-2 years hands-on
