the Human Resources Manager - Rewards & Experience, the Senior
Payroll Specialist directly manages and executes the necessary
activities in carrying out the bi-weekly payroll
preparation/processing for multiple companies in a shared service
environment. Other key responsibilities include tax reporting,
audits, 401(k) testing, and HRIS/payroll systems maintenance. You
will be the Company's expert in payroll and responsible for its
administration, including the compiling of payroll reports,
processing hours of work and related time records, maintaining
payroll control records, and calculating payroll in an accurate and
timely manner for approximately 1400 employees at multiple
locations in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, this position also
supports the HR team by fully leveraging the capabilities of the
Company's ADP HRIS to meet the data information needs of the Human
Resources and other Departments. Additionally, you will: + Manage
and guarantee bi-weekly disbursement of in-house, multi-company,
multi-state payroll, including garnishments, benefits and taxes to
14 00 employees consistent with federal and state wage and hour
laws. + Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers,
transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely +
Conduct regular audits and critically review and analyze current
payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and
implement changes leading to best-practice operations + Responsible
for preparation/processing of all tax filings and employment
reporting including managing relationships with State and Federal
agencies + Communicate actively with Finance Department to review
cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing + Ensure
systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee
base, including wages, benefits, vacation and sick time + Manage
regular preparation of relevant management reports, including
weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll,
hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions,
etc.) + Work on payroll and benefits related projects, as needed +
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by
keeping information confidential. + Contributes to team effort by
supporting other Human Resources Department initiatives WHAT WE
SEEK + 5+ years in a Payroll Office performing all payroll
functions; three years additional payroll office experience in lieu
of Associate degree + ADP Workforce Now experience + Excellent
skills using MS Word, Excel and Google Docs + Strong skills using
and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and
automated payroll system + Ability to maintain confidentiality and
exercise extreme discretion + Excellent problem solving/judgment
skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy + Strong
organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure +
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all
deadlines + Math: May have to calculate changes to pay rates based
on time off, overtime, etc. + Communication: Talk with employees to
help them understand their paycheck and any changes that may occur.

salary range is $75,000 - $90,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive
