The Crossings at Carlsbad, a JC Golf property, has an exciting opportunity for a reliable,experiencedBanquetBartenderwith extensive drink knowledge. This role will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages for Banquet guests, in a professional and gracious manner.HIGHLIGHTS OF WHAT YOU GET TO DO: Anticipate, understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner and to strictly comply with JC Resorts' service standards.Follow all specified procedures to set-up and break down bars for Banquet functions, including taking inventory of liquor drawer from liquor storeroom; supplying and preparing accessories for bar; replenishing soda tanks as necessary; completing billing paperwork; and moving all bar items to and from the designated areaBe completely familiar with company beverage line, drink recipes, and prices.Provide properly mixed cocktails and other beverages, as requested, to Banquet function guests.Maintain adequate stock of beverages and bar supplies, in accordance with established pars.Maintain at all times an adequate stock of clean bar glassware.YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 21 years of age Highly skilled in beverage mixing, inventory and pars, and glass types and uses, and have large drink recipe knowledge.Minimum one yearbartending experience and TIPS certifiedTHE PERKS: 401K with employer match, tuition assistance, sick, holiday and vacation pay.
