the Proposal Coordinator (PC) is to assume responsibility for
overseeing proposal coordination and production efforts for
proposals. The PC is accountable for the initial in-depth RFP and
solicitation requirement analysis as well as managing day-to-day
document coordination activities related to an active proposal
engagement and its resulting production and delivery. The PC
performs desktop publishing duties such as format, produce/print,
and deliver high-quality winning proposals in a fast-paced
deadline-oriented environment for a high volume of proposals within
the Payer, Provider, Employer, Government, and Life Sciences
Markets. The PC will also create captivating graphics, communicate
graphic ideas, and develop overall layout and production design.
The PC works closely with the Proposal Manager as part of the
proposal collaboration team in order to maximize adherence to RFP
requirements, highly complex production instructions and schedules,
as well as implementation of prescribed departmental procedures
including mission-critical bid reviews and must-meet production
targets. The PC supports assigned proposal projects in ensuring
they are submitted on time and in compliance with requirements, as
well as internal quality standards. If you are located in
Washington DC Metro area or Eden Prairie, MN area, you will have
the flexibility to work remotely but must travel for print
production to our Frederick, MD OR Eden Prairie, MN office when
hard copy submission is required. Primary Responsibilities: Review
requests for proposals (RFP/RFIs) and related documents furnished
by the client; analyze, understand, and capture specific
operational, administrative, and proposal requirements Creates the
proposal template/annotated draft and outlines proposal sections to
address all elements of direct, derived, and implied requirements.
Be able to use stylized proposal templates Reviews online proposal
sites to ensure all documents have been downloaded, character
limitations and production requirements noted, and other
requirements are highlighted in the template Works closely with
Proposal Managers on setting the production schedule and keeping on
track, coordination of signature process, management of proposal
exhibits, attachments, and appendices for tracking and formatting
Consolidates content, formats, and performs quality checks of final
proposal Participates in individual and group proposal reviews
where applicable Escalates conflicts and issues to proposal
leadership as required Assembles final proposal package and ships
to the client (includes online submissions through external
websites, hard copies delivered by mail, or email submissions)
Participates in ongoing continuous improvement of the proposal
development process Conducts other business development duties as
assigned Participate in lessons learned sessions and provide
feedback regarding all steps in the proposal process Demonstrate
involvement in strategic value trainings and learning opportunities
as appropriate and available and applying learning to improve
process and quality Provide enhancements and apply innovative ideas
to the production process and response templates. Team members are
expected to provide suggestions to production/proposal improvements
process, participate in initiatives/workgroups as applicable
Provide active engagement and insights on team calls (audio and
video) Create captivating graphics, communicate graphic ideas, and
develop overall layout and production design You'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or
related fields, or 5 years of equivalent work experience 2 years of
experience in proposal coordination for large-scale projects
Experience in desktop publishing Experience creating graphical
elements within a proposal Expert level MS Office, experience in MS
Visio, and Adobe Preferred Qualifications: Government proposal
coordination/production/print experience Knowledge in Salesforce,
RFPIO, MS Teams and SharePoint Familiarity with proposal
development practices Exhibit superior organizational skills and
proactive communication Demonstrated ability to manage multiple
projects with varying timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment, independently grasp complex concepts, and manage
multiple tasks and priorities without sacrificing quality Proven
excellent written communication skills, with demonstrated ability
to take complex problems and collaborate with partners to achieve
winning results Experience with being a team player, able to
maintain a positive and energetic work environment while
interacting proactively and productively with colleagues, and
