Job Description:
Bacterial semi-synthetic organism. Synthorx has advanced a
revolutionary technology that expands the genetic alphabet with an
unnatural base pair to drive the site specific incorporation of
multiple non-canonical amino acids into proteins and to develop the
proteins as Client therapeutics. We are seeking a contractor with
hands-on experience with microbial cloning and protein expression,
purification and characterization. Relevant experience can also
include bacterial strain engineering and/or experience with DNA
replication or transcription. Basic qualifications include a PhD in
a relevant field.
