Quality Customer Service Lead

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Quality Customer Service Lead located in Downtown, San Diego. This position will be hybrid/remote, but you must live within San Diego County. Training will be fully on-site and then will transition to only 1 day a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Generates daily reports and analyzes data
• Audits and reviews quality assurance calls
• Communicates with vendors
• Escalates calls and inquiries from the call center
• Responds to agents feedback
• Provides transcripts and surveys
• Listen and record call center calls
• Resolves customer issues
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  Skills:
  
  
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Organized
• Detailed oriented
• Analytical thinker
  
  Experience:
  
  
• At least 2-3 years of high-level customer service
  
  Compensation: $23.00 per hour with a potential bonus
  
  Employment Type: On-site/Remote, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in San Diego, CA
  
  Work Hours: Monday Friday 8am-5pm PST, 40 hours per week
