Job Description:
A real estate company is seeking an experienced Personal
Assistant to provide support for two executives in their personal
and professional lives. In this role, you will have the opportunity
to work between two private households located in beautiful San
Diego, CA.
Your main responsibilities will include managing household tasks,
coordinating schedules and appointments for both families,
arranging monthly travel, handling bill payments, scheduling
repairs and maintenance, providing occasional childcare, and
assisting with miscellaneous tasks as needed. The schedule for this
position will be five days per week, with two days spent at each
house and one day working remotely.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Calendaring and organizing for both families
Travel planning and arrangements
Accounting duties using Quickbooks
Manage household tasks such as paying bills, scheduling cleaners
and landscapers, etc.
Attend to the needs of the family such as taking them to the
airport
Track wine subscriptions and other miscellaneous tasks
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a personal assistant to
high-level families
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
Experience with Quickbooks is preferred
Flexibility to work occasional weekends
