As a Methods Development Specialist, you will assist with new method development, validations, and transfer activities of analytical methods of raw materials and oligonucleotides. You will work closely with senior-level scientists to perform troubleshooting and develop improvements in quality control methods for on-market products. This individual will also work across multiple groups to provide analytical testing support for various projects. Key Outcomes:

• Contribute to analytical method development, equipment, and method validation.
• Support QC and investigations, notebook lot testing during product development, as well as internal and external customers through analytical testing.
• Help with raw material qualifications.
• Complete DNA plasmid and RNA transcript sequencing using Sanger sequencing techniques.
• Make sure that appropriate documentation is accurately completed. Do you have what it takes? You work well independently, as well as in a cross-functional team environment. You have meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, analytical, and communication skills. You have experience with Sanger sequencing techniques, and HPLC or UPLC product and/or method development, experience with LC-MS is highly desired.

  • Bachelor's Degree required The annualized base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $81,800and is bonus eligible.
