Installation Team Member:
Installation of event rentals is the foundation of events. As an Installation Team Member, you will primarily assist in loading, unloading, setting up, and striking event equipment in the field. The Installation Team reports to a Bright Warehouse Location and the company provides transportation to and from the job. Driving a vehicle is not required to be an Installation Team Member. Bright offers all Installation Team Members training and development for success with opportunities for advancement

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Carefully and safely unload and load vehicle
  
• Directly set up and strike equipment such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tenting, dishware, and custom-made pieces as directed
  
• Travel to different job sites daily with Team Members, picking up and dropping off rental equipment
  
• Assist Drivers by safely navigating and guiding them while they are operating the vehicle
  
• Must be able to lift, up to 50 pounds daily and repeatedly
  
• Always follow company safety guidelines
  
• Communicate properly with customers and Team Members
  
  
  Qualifications for Installation Team Member:
  
  • 
    
  • Experience in set up of events or similar is valued but not required
    
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued
    
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
    
  • Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments
    
  • Punctuality and Reliability
    
    
    Compensation Range: $16-$21 per hour
