Description: Looking for someone who has some CNC operating experience that will get trained on how to do setup. If you are looking to get into setup this is the position for you!- Operating CNC Haas Mills, Robo drills, Fanuc controls - loading parts --- Trains other employees in basic and complex machine operator techniques.--- Familiar with and basic knowledge of Mastercam / Solid works --- Solid understanding of machine controls using Haas / Fanuc cnc equipment--- Ability to navigate through set ups with little to no assistance.--- Solid knowledge in G & M cnc codes --- Utilizes properly calibrated precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gages, thread gages, pin gages, and other measuring tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications:--- Ability to read & write (High School or equivalent) needed to comply with written instructions and complete departmental paperwork. --- Performs operational checks to ensure departmental tools, fixtures & equipment are in good working condition. --- Update production status boards, execute and update & communicate hourly performance results.- Basic math- Lean Manufacturing - Lean 6 sigma About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
