Sodexo Live! is seeking a Senior National Client Executive (NCE) for our Airport Lounge Business Segment. - This role will work from a remote home office and candidates should reside near a major airport. - East Coast Preference.
The NCE will oversee the day-to-day business operations of lounge business and on-going client relationships. Responsibilities will focus on overseeing high-level, high-end complementary lounge services within several airports, leading all salaried and hourly team members in the execution of exceptional business standards on operations, talent, and financial performance. - Instilling an appropriate blend of strategic client partnership, and Sodexo vision - mission culture. Providing transparent business philosophies and practices, while creating strong morale and productivity.

• Present with design development and project management -experience;
  
• Blend brand vision and client expectations and translate to successes;
  
• Develop exceptional client relations and ensure the facility's product offerings/solutions align with client needs;
  
• Ensure the organization's brand reputation;
  
• Lead and motivate the management team;
  
• Manage a P&L;
  
• Inspire strategic direction;
  
• Oversee high level food and beverage services;
  
• Manage multiple locations;
  
• Manage all new build out programs;
  
• Manage operational compliance standards.

  • Experience with airport or airline lounges, hotel F&B, preferred;

    Position Summary
    Leads the operational and strategic growth of a multi-site, multi-state operating area client relationship including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention.. This position is the single point of contact for all locations. Manages through geographically based DMs and area support positions to meet the needs of the national account client. Develops and implements short- and long-range growth strategies within one client company. Interfaces with the national account client's organization which may include global real estate, facilities management and outsourcing vendors. Responsible for growing the business in existing locations by adding new services and new sites and growing the overall portfolio of client locations.
    Qualifications & Requirements
